Please just coordinate with us your "check-in" time. There's no prohibited time, although we do like to greet you in person. ;-) If you would like advice on the best way to get from the airport to our home, please just ask.
Our home is a smoke-free property. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and on balconies. If you must smoke, you will have to do so in front of the business property 2 doors down. Our neighbors don't like the smoke either and leave windows open in their homes.
We are pretty flexible about guests. But as staying in our home does come with a fee, overnight stays will be charged according to the usual pricing plan. If you would like to have guests over during the day, that is likely fine, just please message us ahead of time to discuss.
Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all inhabitants and neighbors. That said, it's easy too keep that in the living/dining area - it's practically sound-proof.
We love animals, but unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets at this time.
Please use all B&B amenities responsibly. Instructions for appliances and facilities are provided in the House Guide. Report any damages or malfunctions immediately.
Parties or large gatherings are not permitted on the premises without prior written consent from the management.

Any violation of these rules may result in penalties or termination of your stay without refund. If you have any questions or require clarification on any rule, please don't hesitate to ask us.
