House Rules

Please just coordinate with us your "check-in" time. There's no prohibited time, although we do like to greet you in person. ;-) If you would like advice on the best way to get from the airport to our home, please don't hesitate to just ask.

Our home is a smoke-free property. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and on balconies. Our neighbors don't like the smoke either and leave windows open in their homes. If you must smoke, you will have to do so in front of the business property 2 doors down. Sorry for the inconvenience.

We are pretty flexible about you having guests over. But as staying in our home does come with a fee, additional guest overnight stays will be charged according to the usual pricing plan. If you would like to have guests over during the day, that is likely fine, just please message us ahead of time to discuss.

Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM Sunday - Thursday, Midnight to 9 AM Friday and Saturday to ensure a peaceful environment for all inhabitants and neighbors. That said, it's easy too keep that in the living/dining area - it's practically sound-proof.

We love animals, but given we have a rabbit as our pet, please discuss the possibility of bringing yours. Predator animals are a no-go. This includes dogs and cats.

Please use all amenities responsibly. Instructions for appliances and facilities are provided in the House Guide. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to ask. Please report any damages or malfunctions ASAP.

Parties or large gatherings are not permitted on the premises without prior consent. Generally we limit gatherings to 10 people total, for ourselves and our guests. Naturally, all participants need to adhere to the house rules.
